A luxury two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the brand new 883 Collins St complex in Docklands with an open balcony overlooking water and city views. With resort style facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool, gym, cinema, games room and rooftop BBQ space - this apartment caters for all.

The apartment is located within the CBD free tram zone and with FREE parking, getting around will be a breeze.

During festive seasons, be sure to enjoy the Melbourne city fireworks from the comfort of the apartment.


This modern open plan living space is fully furnished as follows:
- One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has two singles. The living room has a sofa bed which can accommodate another two guests.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has branded electrical appliances including a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, dishes and cutlery.
- Tea, coffee and sugar are provided for free.
- For your laundry needs, there is a washer, dryer and handheld steam iron. Laundry detergent is located in the cupboard.
- In the bathroom, we provide shampoo, conditioner, hand wash. There is also a hair dryer.
- Bath and hand towels are provided. All bed linen provided is 100 percent cotton.

We are conveniently located within walking distance to tram, near Sothern Cross Station, Harbour Town Shopping Centre and Costco. Ethiad stadium is 700m from the property.

Less than 2 minutes walk away you will have access to Woolworths, an asian grocery, the marina, restaurants and the award-winning local library.

Getting around:
The apartment is located within the CBD free tram zone. With a tram stop right outside the apartment complex - getting around is really convenient.

To get to Southern Cross Station it is only a 10 min ride or 15 min walk. From there you can reach the airport or outer Melbourne suburbs.

Comfortable modern and small apartment in a great location.

The apartment was very comfortable with a great view and enough space for a family with 2 children. It was fantastic being able to access the large indoor pool that had 2 swimming lanes and a spa. The gym was well equipped and well maintained and we used the treadmills, stationary bikes, weights and weight machines. We found the kitchen well enough equipped for a simple dinner. But to make one meal we had to go to the nearby Woolworths to get a vegetable peeler and baking tray. The location is ideal because the trams along Collins Street start and finish almost outside the front entrance. It's a 5 minute tram ride to the city centre. There are quite a few restaurants and cafes with 15 minutes walk. We would recommend the apartment to other people and would stay again next time we come to Melbourne..

Beautiful, well-maintained apartment

We had a fantastic stay over New Years Eve, it is such a great location. The free tram outside meant the city was only a few minutes away. The building facilities were lovely too. My only negative was that the games room & cinema/karaoke room has to be booked in advance so I was left with 2 disappointed children because we couldn't access the advertised facilities.

Tolle moderne Wohnung mit sensationeller Aussicht.

Das Beste an der Wohnung ist eindeutig die Lage. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kann umsonst mit der Straßenbahn zu allen bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren. Um die Ecke ist ein großer Supermarkt, wo man alles kaufen kann, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist schön und man hat abends einen wirklich tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Leider war die Wohnung nicht ganz so sauber, darum ein Punkt abzug. Wir würden trotzdem jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Perfect for our needs

We booked this for a mother/daughter weekend. It was a great location with fantastic views of the Melbourne skyline. Beds were comfy and we slept well. It would have been good to have had some brochures on local and tourist activities especially about the tram lines.

Great location

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Luxury apartments. The location of the apartment is excellent with free tram access at our front door. The apartment was very nice and offered wonderful views, particularly at night. Terrence was really helpful. I would certainly recommend the apartment. The only point for improvement would be a second key.
