“My friend and I enjoyed our stay although due to staff illness our treatment times were moved and one if mine was not available and I have not yet received an email confirming the £79.00 I paid for a treatment as credit as this could not be accommodated on the day. This was discussed at the spa reception. ”

“Overall the property needs updating, it was very clean when you consider that it does need a lot of work doing to fetch it up to a good standard. However good value for money and comfy beds.”

“Great hotel and spa facilities. Shame about the TVs that have no TV guide facility due to them being linked into some daft hotel menu nonsense. The two rooms I stayed in also had screens that were failing and were almost entirely blue in tone due to the cheap outdated Samsung TVs that are in all of the rooms.”

“Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed……

“We stayed here for one night after a day in Winchester. A nice enough hotel, with staff pleasant enough. The room we stayed in was small but well kept. The main issue we had was that the room was that next to a staff run through, meaning doors were slammed constantly. Further, there was no air conditioning, and the room we were in at the bottom floor was next to a busy beer table and had lots and lots of mosquitoes, meaning we were bitten to heck!
