“Very helpful staff that put in extra effort to make the stay smooth. Comfy bed. Parking was right in front of the building, which was super convenient. The toilet had some problems at first, but once I informed hotel staff, they fixed it promptly. Only slight downside was the shower. There wasn’t as much hot water as I’m accustomed to, and at one point even the cold water ran out right in the middle of showering. So had to stay soapy for about 10 mins until water came back. Luckily didn’t miss……

“En general, todo estuvo excelente. El servicio, la habitación y, sobre todo, la relación calidad-precio me parecieron muy buenos. Como áreas de mejora, considero que la iluminación de las habitaciones podría revisarse. Personalmente, creo que una iluminación más cálida o amarilla sería mucho más agradable que la luz blanca actual, especialmente por la noche. Otro detalle fue el sistema de control remoto del ventilador y la iluminación. Al parecer, los controles de habitaciones cercanas……

“Super Mario and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. He recommended us a city tour to Chechen Itza, Tren Maya, x-Cajun, (cenote) and Itzamal, (highly recommended). The location is 3 blocks in either direction to the historical center and in the other direction 3 blocks from Santa Lucia park, (very centrally located). The price during “rainy” was excellent. It rained a bit, but no flooding of any kind on or around the property. Very comfortable stay overall. We went as an adult couple,……
