Hay varias cosas que tienen que cambiar, el baño estaba muy desgastado y el elevador se siente un poco viejo, el área alrededor no hay mucho para cenar y aunque tengas promoción para desayunar y comer ahí, de repente te gustaría ir a probar algún manjar. La cama está bastante cómoda y la televisión tiene servicio, aunque tienes que meter tus cuentas personales de servicios de streaming. La habitación se siente algo pequeña si la cama está muy grande. Sin embargo, lo más urgente es el baño, deja una muy mala impresión al verlo por primera vez y no te dan ganas de tomar un regaderazo.

The location is very convenient for me. 20 minutes walking to Alameda Central and 20 minutes to Angel de La Independencia. I like this hotel very much, it has a very nice view to the city.

The hotel is very good, the problem is the neighborhood it looks not so safe even to be around the emblematic Mexico's city avenue Paseo de la Reforma.

The El Ejecutivo hotel is an Older Building. However they are beggining a slow renovation The Rooms are large and Comfortable the hotel location is great within a few steps of Reforma. The neighborhood is a great place where you can find fabulous places to eat and also very safe. Lastly if you stay there ask for Armando he is the bellboy really helpful person and a great person to know, he make sure your stay is a great one.

The shuttle bus never showed up, we waited 50 minutes and my mom is physically disabled. When we got to the hotel, the ladies at the check in were rude and told us to wait while they finished talking, (she didn’t ev asn say “hi,” just told us to wait) then the lady holding the room key kept talking and ignoring us. I had to tell her the we had somewhere to be and ask her if it was going to take long. All she had to do is hand me the key but she just wanted us to wait for her to finish talking with the other staff member. The internet doesn’t work in the lobby so you have to order Uber from inside the hotel room and online it says they have and gym but turns out there is no gym. There were drain flies in the shower. The room itself was beautiful and room service was great.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La propiedad está ya algo desgastada. Lo que es inaceptable es que está sucio. Sucio el baño, sucias las paredes, las ventanas. No me importa cuando un hotel está viejito o visto mejores días pero un empleado de limpieza vago y que nadie lo supervise al limpiar es inaceptable. Eviten este Hotel. Hay 1000 mejores opciones en la CDMX.

Stayed here it was a pretty well presentation, but when I entered rooms weren’t as big I thought they were, it was pretty dirty and dusty, buffet not so much options, no refrigerator, bed uncomfortable. Plus I did not stay there for all the days I had checked out 2 days earlier and they refuse to give me a refund. Surrounding areas not so great.
