Very comfortable, clean and warm. Staff were friendly and efficient. Conveniently located across the road from Lyon train station

The location isn't the best, although there's a metro station nearby that takes you to the center of Lyon. When I arrived, the parking garage door was broken, and I had to leave my car on the street for the first night. The staff wasn't very professional.
