“It’s a brand new hotel and the spa was amazing for 30 euros. But my room was too hot in the night and I couldn’t sleep. The air conditioning was deficient and wasn’t blowing any air into the room. I complained to the front desk and they said the manager would reach out to me but I haven’t received any communication from them.”
