Basically a standard miami beach hotel with nothing special to offer. Property is old but appears refinished. They mention provision of beach chairs but essentially they will hand you a foldable chair that you need to carry to the beach yourself (not beach loungers already present on the beach, and ofcourse no umbrellas) this should be clearly mentioned when booking. The valet parking is horrible. They charge you 53$ and I had to wait 30 minutes after requesting the vehicle online before I went to the parking lot myself to retrieve my vehicle and the person took an additional 10 minutes to bring it.

We only stayed for one night. The hotel is conveniently located on Collins Ave, making it very easy to ride the beach trolley. The resort fee was applied at check-in, but it covers things like beach towels, beach chairs, and bicycles. We were able to walk to the nearby beach with two beach chairs and enjoy a lovely morning. We were also happy with the on-site Piola restaurant, as we didn’t need to brave the heavy rain to find somewhere to eat. Julian was friendly and helpful.

I Will Never stay at the Continental again! It's Not at all like a Hilton property. The bathrooms have been redone, but Very Small, if you are a Large person, you will not fit. Rooms are OLD and Dingy. The Valet is a nightmare, $50 p,day, and wait is 30 mins to get the car out. the traffic here is a Nightmare!!! The whole deal is a One star, that's it. I was there for 1 night for a business meeting, never again.
