"I had a great stay at Kimpton EPIC Hotel Miami. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout my stay, always willing to help and making me feel truly welcomed.
