“Property has a lot of potential, but it needs some more attention to elevate it to where it should be. My family and I stayed 5 nights in a 2/2. The unit was spacious and clean, but missed the mark a bit. The unit itself was very dark. Lighting is awful. They have a few nice lamps from Crate and Barrel, but the overhead lights were super cheap and harsh blue, I felt like I was in a parking garage. It was depressing. A couple pendants over the bar, another lamp or two and a few more things on the……

“ ⸻ The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left……

“Please be aware that you will be charged a $220 cleaning fee post-departure as these rooms are not part of the main Four Seasons hotel, but individual residences owned by third parties who then pass on the charge. They are serviced by the hotel, who make the cleaning charge is made upon departure. This wasn’t made clear, or indicated during the booking process. Be warned!”

“Perfect location for a stay in downtown Miami. Close to the bayside and shopping centers. Would recommend to anyone visiting downtown Miami. I will definitely be going back here one day.”

“This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well……
