I had a 3-night stay with my mum and sister around mid-May and had the 2-bed, 2-bath unit. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left……

“Please be aware that you will be charged a $220 cleaning fee post-departure as these rooms are not part of the main Four Seasons hotel, but individual residences owned by third parties who then pass on the charge. They are serviced by the hotel, who make the cleaning charge is made upon departure. This wasn’t made clear, or indicated during the booking process. Be warned!”
