We came later to check in again and they told us again to do it again and to come later… so we came later again, at 1:00am, and they still had trouble checking us in! They didn’t know the unit didn’t have a code so it took another hour to try and unlock it with a key. Plus they made us pay $300 for someone to go up and unlock it for us even though we haven’t even been inside the unit yet?!!?!?
