“Thought place was impressively clean. Had all the comforts one would want or expect. Living room was very comfortable. The woodwork made the home very inviting. Big driveway was good. 5 minute ride to subway station was important as well. Was very fortunate to meet the owner(Mark) as we pulled into the driveway. He gave a quick rundown of a few items including some restaurants ideas. It was very clear to me that the owner has spent a lot of time and money on making it a great place to stay.”

“This is a beautiful old flat (very large) in a lovey neighborhood of Boston 5 minutes from Deli, Restaurants, etc Great walking area. “The room is an efficiency apartment in a quiet street located a 5 minute walk from the main road which has coffee shops, Metro line, stores, restaurants and grocery stores. The room had all the utensils for basic cooking, a big comfortable bed and large shower. The hosts answered all queries within a very short time and were extremely helpful and patient.”

I did not do as much research as I should have into neighborhoods / areas, as most of my events were downtown or in north Boston, but ride share services were plentiful and not too expensive. “Great location! So close to public transportation. Property very clean. Note: stairs are very steep for any renter with mobility issues. I could not find a blow dryer (usually available in other properties we have rented). Also could use a few more pillows for those of us that like to use 2 pillows to sleep.”

“This is a nice property for a big group. Clean. Basic supplies. Few items like hangers were missed, but Jennifer replaced them promptly. No coffee maker but a kennel machine. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is raking unsafe. Also, it is 20 min from any major attraction. ”

“The checkin was the only confusing part as we didnt realize which part of the house to enter and one of the residents was confused why we were driving into the driveway. However, after we got settled in, the downstairs portion of the house we were in was very clean and well furnished for us. We really enjoyed it, and the location for Salem was fantastic. Only a few minutes away from downtown.”

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
