“Great experience!”

“My partner and I stayed in this lovely apartment for three nights while attending a family reunion in Ipswich. This location allowed us to take lovely walks through the neighborhood and to the harbor. Every detail in this spot was perfect, from the lovely flower bouquet upon arrival, the comfortable bed and kitchen with everything we might need. We enjoy walking, and took daily walks to Java Sun, who prepare an excellent cup. My only regret was not being able to spend an entire day in……

“We absolutely loved this apartment. It comfortably slept the 6 of us in complete luxury. The kitchen and appliances were state of the art and the location was perfect. Such a pretty balcony too…a few more chairs in it would have been good…but honestly that’s me being picky…I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back to this place if I was back in the area! During peak summer heat, the bedroom was on the 3rd floor while the AC was located far away at the other end of the apartment. We were not comfortable staying and did not check in, yet we lost the full amount with no prorated refund for the unused nights. “Photos and description of this apartment were spot on. Only positive surprises! Like dish soap and dishwasher pods for clean up and subscriptions already setup to channels like YouTube and Netflix on the smart TV! Beds were super comfortable. Parking was easy. Location was the best! Neighborhood was safe and picturesque! I especially loved doing laundry down in the basement. Where I live in Texas we have no basements so that was a fun experience for me. The only downside to the stay, which the host has no control over, is that they were tearing up the street directly in front of the unit and it was very loud at times.
