The staff is very friendly. The hotel is definitely clean which is very important to me. The breakfast is great. Everything is excellent. I will come back if i need to stay in the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

enjoy staying there, good breakfast nice hotel over all

Great location, quiet. Service was excellent, staff was helpful at breakfast kitchen staff was friendly and was responsive to needs. Very clean area. Will stay here again.

Breakfast was good and included. Clean room, staff was friendly. Only thing I would say is parking is $20 per day. Could be better, either cheaper or free considering we are hotel guests.

The lagoon was nice to sit around and visit with family.

Good Staff and affordable

I stayed twice, the first time I forgot a pair of shoes and a jacket. When I came back a week later, they still had it for me.

My security deposit was returned next day. Price is amazing for Napa!!! Nice breakfast in cozy and clean place.

This is a truly one of a kind property. We stayed here with our two year old for most of Christmas and had dinner in the Bear every single night. The food there is excellent, we had the crispy rice, with lamb shank, wagyu short rib, and even specials on some nights (snapper, sea bass). For our child, they had great options too. The breakfast is also amazing. You just can’t go wrong with food here. As for the property. Amazing massage treatments with Jordan, great relaxation facilities (multiple...

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. The breakfast at the Inn was nice too. The atmosphere at the Inn was calming and soothing. We didn’t spend a lot of our time at the Inn, but it was always nice to come back to the...

Great stay enjoyed.

The Bel Abri Napa was an excellent site for our weekend getaway, providing efficient and simple check in (after hours) and handling our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in direct route of our travels in and out of Napa and the surrounding areas. It sits just 2 minutes from downtown Napa's eateries, entertainment, and wine-focused businesses. The Bel Abri staff was warm and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay for two nights.

Friendly staff, amazing bartender and drinks, and tasty bar food

Clean room and very nice area definitely retuning back

No wine glasses the room in a Napa area hotel. Bathroom a little dated. Reception staff very good. Parking ample.

A very good price… spacious, updated, clean, good service. Impressed!!

Everything was great. Very clean and modern hotel with just enough on site to eat and drink. In the center of downtown Napa, so the location is unbeatable.
