“Most importantly our room was clean. It was fairly quiet except when other people left their room and let the door slam. It was a perfect location for us and I would stay there again.”

“The staff were polite but were totally overwhelmed. The outside and lobby area looked unkempt. There was no bedding or towels in our room and we were told they were a week behind on laundry. We did get linens later that day. The room was filthy. It had a layer of dust everywhere and spider webs in the corner. We were in the handicap room. The 2nd morning we had a mouse in the room. My husband said the breakfast was very poor. I refused to eat anything from their kitchen. We paid $340.26 for 2……
