Didn’t use the pool, was too small for more than a few people. Staff were friendly but not helpful

Our room was not clean when we arrived. Went to front desk they sent up a cleaner and when we returned it still had old hair ties and dirt on bathroom floor. Room was very dated and dirty and we couldn’t see out the window due to window damage and condensation build up. The hotel was not sold out as we checked multiple sites that still had rooms available and called in through friends phone but hotel said they were so the advertised room upgrades could not be handed out. This hotel use to be good but now they take the convenience for granted and treat visitors horribly. For the amount of stays we stay in a year it is disappointing to get this service.

Room needs a good spring cleaning , found a crack pipe in the couch when I went to clean it. The couch is not a pull out. It’s close to downtown and reasonable walk to Roger’s place if your in good health
