Friendly staff, clean and well-designed room. Definite charmer. A bit of hallway noise, especially with crying child, in sound-reflective, creaky hallway. But that's the nature of a hotel. It's within walking distance of the excellent downtown scene. Great place.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious!!

Certain workers ignored me due to the way I looked,was told this by another employee also the restaurant part do not and will not answer the phone that’s where I was ignored at the HARVEST Front desk workers were GREAT the nature center and the man running it were GREAT

We love going to Massanutten, but… don’t waste money on the water park until they’ve finished renovating. Full price for half a park… obviously the outdoor portion is closed this time of year, but half of the indoor slides were closed, hot tub was closed as well and the price was not reduced during this time. Also, the activity schedule is more for “wine moms” to waste time while the husband is golfing. They don’t seem to offer much for the kids. The adventure park is “meh” and overpriced as well.
