“My family has come to this hotel for 2 consecutive years with no disappointment. The staff makes you feel very welcome; I fully recommend this property to friends and family. The rooms aren't fancy but are very clean, and the hotel is close to lots of amenities and things to do. Highly recommended; we hope to stay in the same place again next year.”

“You’ll definitely have a very clean room as far as the outside of the hotel, I wouldn’t let that bother you. The location is very convenient, A 2 minute walk to the beach really, Balconies are small keep that in mind however the room has more than enough space. Staff keeps to themselves will help when requested. Air conditioning works great very responsive. All together pretty average experience if that’s what you’re looking for not bad at all for cheap.”

“Do not stay here. The things that did not work: hair dryer, ice machine, TV, towels were grey and dingy, the first room we were assigned the air did not work, the hot water in the shower was only pee warm”

“The low price was consistent with the quality of the hotel. The Reserve is good as a low cost alternative to name brand properties. However, it's best to keep expectations low as there are no amenities for this than location. However, there are plenty of local eateries nearby in walking distance.”
