Perfect Beach Spot

We loved our stay at Beach Resort. The pool was fantastic and the beach was never over crowded. We loved having the beach service included with our stay. The condo was in excellent condition and just as listed and pictured. Faye was wonderful with communication and an excellent host.

Another wonderful vacation

This is our 8th year at Beach Resort and 1st time at this property. Our vacation and housing for the week was wonderful and the owners were the best we have ever worked with. We are counting down the months until we can come back.

Very clean with all the comforts of home

Plenty of room for a family of four. We stayed at Beach Resort the previous seasons and this one trumps the other units. The owners were very attentive and fulfilled any request.

Great family vacation!

We had a great stay! Loved the condo, it is in a great location and the included beach service is definitely a huge plus! Not having to carry umbrellas and chairs down with 2 little kids is great! Everything was very nice and super clean. The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Love the condo building

We really enjoyed our stay this year. We have stayed in the building multiple times, first time in this particular condo though. We love the area, pools are always clean and just a short walk to the beach. Faye was amazing as all the other reviews say. Highly recommended staying here. We will be back.

Always the BEST!

Beach Resort 313 is always the best. At this time in our country, being able to trust that a condo is clean is VERY important. There is never a worry at this beautiful condo. Two friends and I stayed there for almost a week and had a fabulous time. The pool is fabulous and it’s just a short walk to the beach with great chairs included. I certainly will return!

Great location and amenities

My family recently spent a week in this condo. The overall experience was fantastic. The condo itself has plenty of space and amenities for our family of six. The heated pool was amazing and so was the included beach chair service. Some things that stood out included the quietness of the condo (we rarely heard any neighbors), the nearby restaurants (Kenny D's is literally 400 feet away), proximity to pool and beach, responsiveness of the owner, and the cleanliness of the condo and resort. This was our first time to this area but I wouldn't bother to find anywhere else to stay if we go back someday.

Home away from Home!

This unit is lovingly cared for by the owners who are excellent with communication! The bunk beds worked out perfectly for our 14 and 16 year old boys! Having their own TVs was great! The kitchen is well stocked and the unit is very comfortable. Paul and Faye are caring, wonderful people and they were a pleasure to rent from! We are telling our friends about Beach Resort for sure! Plus, the beach service is a great addition! The walk to the beach was easy for our family. Not as far as I thought it was going to be. We enjoyed our stay and will be back !

Wonderful month stay

This was our first time in Miramar Beach and we really enjoyed our stay in unit 313 at Beach Resort. The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable, it felt like home. Everything is just as described in the listing and as the pictures show. The kitchen is very well equipped. The pool was very clean and the heated part of the pool was great in February. The hot tub was nice too. The Destin Aquatic center is also close by for serious lap swimming. The beach is a short walk away and was really nice and clean. Plenty of good restaurants around with several within walking distance although we mostly took advantage of the kitchen. The owners were very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

After a bumpy start, delayed flights and a late arrival in the dark, a peaceful stay awaited. We generally stay at a big resort in a gated community, this place is a true gem. Comfortable and you’re hosts are wonderful and incredibly responsive. The condo had so many extras that you don’t expect to find and end up saving you a lot of shopping. Silly things like soap at the sinks, tissue and garbage bags! The beach set up is a huge deal, just remember to turn left out the pool gate! We got to meet Miss Faye, what a nice lady! Currently looking at the calendar for our next visit in the fall.

It was perfect. Highly recommend

We have been coming to Beach Resort for 4 years now this is our 1st with this property and it was perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped. The refrigerator is smaller then other units we have rented in the past but it did have a ice machine that was nice (you can buy a 7# bag for 5.00 at condo next to us) I have also had access to the food pantry in other condo and did not have it in this one. Again not a deal braker but the food sat on counter top all week. The beds where all very nice and comfortable to sleep in. You can the owners take pride in this home and they want you to feel at home. We will definitely rent this condo again.

The apartment was excellent and in great condition - all clean and organized...ready for family fun. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds with individual TVs, you can watch the pool from the dinner table or balcony, walking to the beach takes 5 min and you can rinse off your stuff at the pool when you come back. When it rains, just go shopping to the outlets or the commons or one of the great restaurants like Lulu's. The sand at the beach and the color of the water can't be any better - true emerald coast! Communication with the host was easy and fast without any problems. I highly recommend this place.

Beach Vacation

The condo was just as described and was very clean! We enjoyed the condo amenities and the close walk to the beach. The property owner was great and had great open communication with us for any questions and needed. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent stay!

My family (2 adults and one 7 yr old) had a wonderful stay at Paul’s condo. The heated pool was great and the beach was a very short walk away. Paul provided very clear instructions for check in and was quick with communication. The condo had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. We will book again!

Beach rekaxation!!

We love staying here. It has everything you need and is always neat and ready to start enjoying your vacation! Pool is amazing and the beach is just a short walk. Beach is great and was never crowded! We actually got to meet the owner, she was amazing! We will be staying here for many years!

Miramar/Destin Vacay july 4 2023

Property Manager was absolutely wonderful to deal with! We had a couple of issues but she was awesome in dealing with them quickly & efficiently..The condo was lovely..Location was great. Decor of condo very nice! The pool was fabulous!! The only negative comment at all was basically the ceramic tile floors were really needing mopping..Our feet were black when going barefoot..i realize u are at the beach & there's much traffic in & out but i swept & vacuumed any mess we made b/c i have a very active grandson who tends to be a lil messy at times.. I'm sure that hot parking lot pavement debris absolutely clings to your shoes & is impossible to keep as clean as I prefer..Otherwise, great experience!!

Fabulous Area, fabulous Pool, Perfect Weather

We had an amazing trip. Communication with owner was great, the condo is in a wonderful spot for pool and beach. The condo has all the necessities. A couple minor complaints, the couches could be updated, they were not very clean and cushions were very flat. The TVs are not Smart TVs, so we were not able to connect any of our streaming services and watch the shows we like. It did have satellite tv though which was nice! Overall, a good place for the price.

Spring Break ‘23

Me and my kids had the best time. The weather wasn’t very cooperative but the property and all amenities were everything we needed. Will definitely be back and hopefully only using this condo! Faye and her husband was wonderful to talk to and so helpful. Look forward to our next trip!
