Gorgeous beach decor and plenty of space for a family or friends to spread out and relax make Amalfi Coast A204 a dreamy getaway to create everlasting memories. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and beach snacks. Sip a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony as you take in the ocean views. Gather around the firepit (conveniently equipped with plenty of chairs) and share fun stories or maybe plan tomorrow's adventures. Take advantage of the shared, on-site amenities and relax in a poolside chair after taking a dip into the swimming pool to cool off after spending the day beachcombing.

What's nearby:
The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from this condo. Dine beachside at any of the nearby restaurants that offer local seafood and other menu items. Shop at any of the many stores at The Silver Sands Outlet Mall or find that perfect beach souvenir at a local beach store. If the outdoors is your thing, then head to Henderson Beach State Park (six miles away) and take advantage of the handful of outdoor activities you can find there that include picnicking, hiking, mountain biking, snorkeling, fishing, and more!

Things to know:
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.
The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

Unresolved issues

Upon the first day, we noticed that the internet in the living room did not connect. We contacted the office 2 days with this issue. Also, the guest bathroom sliding glass door was off track so everybody had to use one bathroom to take a shower. That issue was also reported for 2 days. The office tried to resolve the issue with the TV but never could resolve it so I guess they gave up so we did. Also, it's sad when you can't contact the owner of the property directly to see if it's something that we are all missing.

Terrific complex

Great place for a family to stay near the beach!

Location is great, walking distance to beautiful beach, you can find every retail store in about 15 minutes of less driving. Will try to use the same place in our next vacation.

A week in Florida

Loved the distance from the condo to the beach ,pool, stores, and restaurants. Pretty spacious condo. Very helpful service reps/customer service when we had questions or something fixed they was on it. Overall great week. Would definitely stay again.

The unit is in desperate need of updates. The furniture is old and gross. The carpet throughout the unit is gross. The electronics are extremely out of date. Lack of pillow cases for all pillows. Did not feel comfortable at all however the location is hard to beat. Communication with property owner was very good but would be hesitant to book this property again.

the info for getting into the condo was incorrect. Took 1 hour to get in the door. Took until the 3rd day to get the internet up and running. The carpet is absolutely filthy. The Amalfi complex is great, but 204A needs work.

Great ocean front view

The condo was very clean. Great patio and ocean front view. Couldn’t get cool air to work and my husband found a filter next to the washer/dryer combo and replaced the air filter. It was obvious that the filter had not been changed in a LONG time. There were not enough glasses nor flatware. Also, the master bath did not have a stopper so we used a small glass to stop the drain so I could take baths. But the condo is great-these issues just need minor changes.

The place was amazing, great view and comfortable. However, the carpet by the sliding door off to the balcony was hard like something was spilt there and the air vent in the Master Bathroom had mold growing around it. Otherwise it was a decent place and my kids and I enjoyed it.

Peaceful stay

This place was clean and comfortable. It’s not noisy but you can hear traffic if it’s a loud vehicle for where it’s located. Beautiful view! There was only one skillet to cook with and it was rusted. We had to go buy one just to cook in. Not many cooking items at all. We had a run in with one man that works there because we pulled up to the gate to get out and the gate stuck when trying to open so we asked my grandson which is 11 yrs old to just pull the gate the rest of the way open and a gray haired older man hollered at my grandson from across the property telling him not to yank on the F…… gate. He was rude and had a filthy mouth. we stopped and he started hollering at my son then. He said we were the 6 th car that had done that. My son told him then fix the gate and it shouldn't happen again. That’s the only issue we had there. All in all a great location peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed our stay!

We loved the view, location of this unit is perfect! Could ppl watch, not hear the traffic, close to the beach, and the pools were wonderful. Unit is very spacious! Overall clean, but the carpet and couches were very stained and need to be replaced. Bring salt, pepper, coffee filters, extra paper towels, t.p., trash bags. There was no broom in the unit, so could not sweep up the sand.

Great!!

This condo had amazing views, you can hear the ocean from the room. The living and kitchen areas spacious, as well as 2 of the bedrooms. However, the bunk bed room is VERY small with little room to walk and no leg room for adults to sleep on the bottom. Overall a great and wonderful stay, would definitely book again!
