Wonderful views of the Gulf, Tennis Courts, and surrounding areas! 2 bedrooms / 2 baths - 1340 sq. ft. , 2 TVs (with cable/HBO), 2 VCRs, CD, DVD Surround Sound Stereo, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, 2-Pools (one heated), Outdoor Hot Tub, and Children's Wading Pool and waterfall play area, Fitness Center, Shuffleboard, Tennis Courts, Basket-ball Courts, BBQ Grills provided, 24 hour security and secured access, Covered Parking Garage.

Rental rates include up to 6 guests and 1 vehicle parking pass. Each additional guest is $25 per person (up to 8) and one additional vehicle parking pass is $50. This is collected prior to check in at the gate to avoid any disruption in the check in process.
