This home features a fully equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining options, perfect for at-home meals with friends and family. The bedrooms are spacious and are on opposite sides of the home, offering plenty of privacy. The private balcony offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and plenty of seating for enjoying sunrises and sunsets with your favorite beverage. Beach Vacation

We had a great time. The property was well managed. Easy access to the beach with complimentary chairs/umbrella. Destin Harbor Boardwalk was only about 20 min away with plenty of good restaurants in between.

Seaside escape

This place was a lovely getaway and had nearly everything you could ask for to make it feel like home away from home. The view was awesome! I also appreciated having beach service for the length of our stay, it was nice to have less to carry down to the beach. I would stay here again!

Fun But Could be Better

The Unit itself is nice with good amenities if they all worked. The water heater was the craziest one minute perfect temperature ypu set next scalding burn you hot water comes out for 10-15 sec than back to where you had it. The ice maker in the unit didnt work which is a separate machine and the note left on fridge was use ice maker in fridge but no ice? The unit cleanliness is where it needed help the most. You always pay cleaning than owner charge you think the unit would have not had an inch of dust everywhere. It almost felt like we were the 1st people in the place in months. Even if thats the case still should have been easy for cleaning crew to go through and dust ot down. The for check out they tell yes you can have late check out till 2pm only to leave the room with all your things in the unit to come back at 1147am and the door code is but yet people had dogs in disabled. They say no smoking or pets but yet people had dogs and were smoking weed every night. Be nice since its a private resort if they enforced their rules.

Wonderful Senior Trip

We stayed for my daughter's high school senior trip, and we had a fantastic time! We loved that the livingroom and bedrooms all had doors leading put to the balcony. There was a nice view of tje ocean. Everything was very clean. There was so much space. We loved the kitchen area. Having a washer and drier in the unit was fantastic! fantasic.

To Dirty for the price

Make sure maintenace and cleaning staff inspected before renting. Alot of issues if you just would have inspected it. dirty frig, bed room ceiling fans, ac sucked, dirty bathroom, washer had odor and ice machine did not work.

Everything about this condo was amazing. We stayed in mostly due to my mom’s health. She enjoyed the view of the beach area. We had all the kitchen appliances and utensils we needed. The property had a grill area that was big plus. It was seven of us and it was enough room and some for us to move around without crowding each other

Very nice finishes! Enjoyed our stay here.

We loved the room! It was fantastic. There want anything we didn't like about the room. Staff looked exhausted from week after week of spring breakers... But still, the few we interacted with were kind and helpful. All positive! Walk to the beach was easy peasy and the chair people were great! Bret and his crew took care of us and got us whatever we needed. First time to Miramar, probably will visit again!

Beautiful!

Nice, roomy, beautifully decorated with a large balcony! Excellent view of the gulf and great food at the restaurant. Updated appliances and updated unit throughout. We highly recommend this condo for a couple or family!

Great location

The unit was updated, clean and provided for all of our needs. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. The walk from the unit to the beach was short and easy. The Royal Palm restaurant located on the property is a must visit!

Great Condo, Smelly Building

We loved everything in our condo for true most part. They meet all of your basic needs, and if they don’t, there are stores within a mile. Condo was clean when we arrived, but we later noticed soap scum on most of the cookware, as well as dirty coffee mugs. I found a fingernail in our master bath, notified Vacasa, and basically got a “we’re sorry” text. Nothing more, nothing less. The building smells AWFUL. It smells of mold, mildew, ruined food, or weed, dependent on the day. The amenities are as listed and wonderful. The hot tub was exceptional at the end of a long day! Having access to the beach was such a luxury as well. Surfside offers umbrellas and chairs to rent for the day, but if you’re willing to walk another 50ft or so, it’s open and free for your personal items and canopies. Overall great accommodations. I just wish it would have been a little cleaner and wish they would monitor why their building smells like inside of a soured washer agitator.

Lovely condo, main issue was the bed frame in the master bedroom was broken upon arrival. There were some minor issues such as missing curtain blinds, a few stains on the bedding, and the 2 beds were advertised as queen-sized but were actually full-sized. Overall it was a good experience. Customer service was timely and staff was friendly and helped us with the bed frame issue. Would stay again.

Great place to stay!

This was an excellent place to stay! This home was spacious, updated, very clean and had a beautiful view of the gulf. We had 7 people in our group and everyone slept comfortably. We loved the convenient location to the beaches- it was an easy walk across the private boardwalk. We would definitely recommend this home !
