The private balcony of this large and spacious beach home overlooks the beautiful dunes of the Gulf of Mexico with partial views of the water. The full kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to make a spectacular homemade meal for your guests. Use the oven to bake up some jalapeño poppers for those late-night movie marathons in the spacious living area. The large dining table is perfect for a family game night!

Want to get out on the water? With the beach just steps away, you've got all the surfing you can handle right at your fingertips! Get a surfboard at YOLO Board + Beach then spend your afternoon hitting some waves. Maybe you're a little rusty - you can get great lessons at super-reasonable rates at All-A-Board Surf School, just six miles away. Destin FL Charter Boats is perfect for getting right alongside triggerfish, red snapper, white snapper, gag grouper, scamp grouper, almaco jack, and red grouper.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Absolutely amazing!!!! Close to everything, extremely clean, And a perfect view of the ocean The only thing I suggest is that curtains or blinds should be in the master bedroom But I loved this property, definitely coming back
