“We were exhausted from traveling all day. We were unable to sleep because the room was located next to an ice machine and exit doors. When I returned our room keys I was asked about our stay by a woman at the desk. I told her terribly because of the noise! She proceeded to tell me that it was the noisiest room of the hotel. She asked why I accepted that room. I asked her how I was supposed to know that! Then she asked why didn’t we come back to the desk and ask for a different room. We……

However, we had asked for non-smoking rooms and even though both of our rooms were labeled as such, the smell of smoke was so strong in one of them, that we ended up asking for a different room. The manager was happy to oblige. If you just need a clean, cheap place to crash, as an overnighter, this is for you. If you are looking for a fancy place to stay this is not it. “Room was clean, condition of the overall room was pretty bad. We were put in a handicap room for some reason which was not the issue, someone had pulled the curtain closing rods off the curtain along with pulling the curtain off the curtain rod. The bathroom had one of the towel rods had one of the supports pulled out of the wall. The water pressure in the shower barrel can out of the shower head and cleared the fixture. The bathroom sink bowl was too small for the opening in the bathroom……
