"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were a big group and the family room was very comfortable for all of us. This hotel is conventiently down the street from the train station and a few blocks from the bus station. The only thing I will say is that the breakfast is just bread slices, veggie broth, and congee with croutons. Very small breakfast so if you are thinking of having brekfast here keep that in mind. The patio area is very nice at night/mornings to eat or have a few japanese four lokos. Def recommend this place! Very convenient, tons of amenities, welcoming, and perfect for large groups."

"The property is in such a great location to where we were very close to an entrance to the jr line. The property is clean and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. I like on the television it tells you how busy the breakfast buffet is and also tells you the status of the washer/dryer. It shows which machine is occupied and how many minutes are left on each load. The location is quiet at night and not far from the hotel is a bunch of locations to eat and things to do. There is a 7/11, Lawson, and Family Mart within a block radius of the hotel. I would definitely come stay here again. This hotel is also a stop for the airport limousine bus service from Narita and Haneda Airports."
