We stayed at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, the staff helpful, efficient and kind, and the location is in a quiet part of Tokyo, but with great access to 3 train lines in the basement. The rooms are spotless, intelligently set up with everything you could ever possibly need, and the shower was probably one of the best showers I’ve ever taken. I would very happily stay here again.

Gorgeous Hotel! The rooms verse very spacious, meals were great, and the spa services were also amazing. Not to mention the amazing location, with a subway connected to the bolton floor of the hotel, and a beautiful shrine next door to the hotel. It’s also about a 10 minute walk from the Akasaka sign and station. We only stayed for 3 nights, but it was a wonderful experience.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever visited. The bar and drinks were stellar- must visit to enjoy sake and fine Japanese whiskey. The nuts at the bar with truffle are a must try! So delicious! The fruit selection at the bar was out of this world and so beautifully arranged. We had a free upgrade to a top floor room 2021. The views were the best we ever had- maybe the best we ever will have in our lives. The shower was a rain shower - absolutely perfect and there were views of the city from the tub and shower not just the room itself. There were comfy pajamas and 4 bottles of complimentary water each day. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in our many travels. Eggs made to order. Must try the Japanese breakfast, the rice flour pancakes and the French toast. The stuff helped us with a car service from Narita - a beautiful car and friendly driver. Definitely do the luggage transfer service. Only 35 dollars to not worry about luggage for your trip to the next hotel- just need to send one day ahead of when it’s needed. All staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. We’ll come again!

I have been fortunate to stay in many nice hotels all over the world over the years. The Capitol Hotel is, by far, the finest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. There is a 5 star and then there is world class and this hotel falls in the latter category. From the moment you enter you are being attended to by multiple highly skilled staff who are eager to help. The rooms were immaculate with any possible need addressed and the best showers you will ever set foot in in your life. The food options are amazing - the sushi restaurant was delicious, and Origami has an incredible breakfast buffet and many food options for even large family groups. The hotel is located above a primary subway hub in the heart of Tokyo meaning you can get basically anywhere you want in 15 minutes and easily come back for a rest. This is the type of hotel you will remember for the rest of your life. I can't wait to come back someday. Thank you to the Capitol Hotel Tokyo.
