“We arrived quite late, around 9:30pm, but check-in was quick and easy. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the hotel itself was absolutely spotless. The spa was still open for another half an hour when we arrived, so we made the most of that, which was lovely! Add to that Richard and Robert’s warm hospitality and, of course, the scrumptious breakfasts and you have a must-experience destination. Unhappy: room too warm during daytime in summer, and we didn't know that dinner must be booked before 4pm, so missed it. Overall a great place to stay, would love to go again and try the dinner.”
