"En somme, mon séjour fut très agréable et j'ai apprécié mon expérience. Quelques points importants à savoir avant votre arrivée : - Il n'y a pas de réception les soirs de semaine ni la fin de semaine. Lors de ma réservation, il était indiqué que je recevrais un courriel 24 heures avant mon arrivée afin de remplir un formulaire, mais je ne l'ai jamais reçu. À mon arrivée, j'ai finalement trouvé une feuille avec mon nom, le numéro de ma chambre et la clé, ce qui m'a permis de m'installer sans problème. - Aucun restaurant ne livre directement à la Villa de Brome. Prévoyez donc un moyen de transport ou apportez de la nourriture avec vous, surtout si vous arrivez en soirée."

"We booked the zen rate for our stay, which included linens. We were disappointed to find that the stuffing from duvet was significantly clumped and that the dish soap and shampoos offered were empty (had been filled with water from previous guest). It was quite damp and humid when we arrived and the info booklet suggested using the provided space heater to remove the humidity, however one was not provided. A wood stove is available, however wood is only available for purchase at the front desk. Additionally, upon accessing our tent the access code provided was incorrect. While we enjoyed our stay, and have returned to this location for four summers, we have found that for the annual increase in price the quality of service/accommodation has declined. Great place for families, however! Beautiful location!"

"Endroit magnifique pour se reposer et admirer la nature. Nous sommes amateurs de vélo. Il y a un local sécurisé pour entreposer nos vélos. Il y a un très grand choix de pistes cyclables près de l'hôtel. Après une journée de vélo, la détente dans la piscine chauffée était appréciée. Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuné à base de bagel. L'endroit invite à la détente et le personnel est très courtois."
