“The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.”

“此酒店的客服使我非常滿意, 不論是reception或是餐飲侍應都非常有禮和專業, 食物質數高 ; 房間大和整潔舒適, 住地面的這一層就方便, 但冇景觀可言, 住一樓景觀好, 而且房間也是最大, 有衣帽間, 巨大洗手間和巨大的房間 ; 我們住得好悏意, 去這酒店一定要自駕遊, 否則都好難去到”

“旅店的地點在老橋附近，附近環境很好，很多店可以逛，也有很多餐廳。但離火車站有距離，拖行李很難走，很累。最近的公車站至少要走500公尺。”

“The location is good and some staff were friendly, but I would like to say it’s an inn than a hotel, we were arranged at a weird room next to staff office and above breakfast kitchen, always noisy and one more point the room was only had a small skylight window and the cleaning status is pretty bad. Overall not recommended and definitely not worth a go.”
