“DO NOT RECOMMEND! We had a scary time here and the owner was not helpful and disrespectful. Nobody was on site when we arrived. Owner claims this is because it is a “guesthouse” and not a hotel. So you get a long list of steps to follow to gain entry which is fine. One step is taking the elevator. This is a very small metal elevator that you can see out of. It barely fit 2 slim women with small bags. You need to open 2 doors into the tiny space and then the exterior door has a latch. We got to……

“Rooms were clean, easy to get to the tram or buses, though have to walk up or oden steps, though it is Rome! Very quiet neighbourhood about 20-25 moms walk from Trastevere.”

“Location requires walking up a hill and takes about 10 minutes from the tram. Bed was very hard. Host was very responsive.”
