I had the best experience in this hotel. Everyone was so professional, courteous and compassionate towards me, a visitor from Miami Florida that needed help and safety. Thank you to all the staff members for making my stay pleasant.

stayed here one night while in Dayton for a Horse Show. Front desk late at night was very nice and my expedia reservation was all in order. Lovely quiet room with plenty of pillows. Very comfortable and more upscale feeling than the $109/night I paid!

It’s one of the nicer properties in Miamisburg. Not a lot of riffraff staying there which has been a problem at many other properties in the area. They are refurbishing the whole hotel and it looks really nice.

Staff was very attentive. The facilities and rooms were very clean and quiet.

Thank you for your thoughtful and caring staff, especially Zelma, who was the afternoon/evening front desk manager during our stay. We had to travel to Dayton, OH this week to be with a loved one whose health had taken a sudden turn for the worse and was put in hospice care. We drove 500 miles to get there on time to see our loved one, so we went straight to the hospital that evening without checking in first. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past four years. It’s always clean, well-staffed and safe. The staff is excellent. The parking lots are well-lit and safe. Never had a bad experience here in 4 years.

We spent Christmas at the Dayton South Home2 Suites by Hilton. This is a new property and is meticulously maintained. While there a few nights, we used the gym and pool, both of which were relaxing. They offer an extensive breakfast buffet and have premade sandwiches and healthy options readily available, not just waffle and eggs here. The staff was amazing. Of course, you feel bad when you are the reason they are working... They made us feel welcome and were not upset they were working...

The location was safe and convenient to Austin Landing shops and restaurants.

"area around property" was only 4/5 stars simply because we do not drink and this is predominately a wine/bar community. We loved the huge Victorian house--the room, the common room, dining area--all of it. The house is in the Oregon District, which is a little upscale village with antique shops, pubs and moderate to upscale dining. With my OCD I am never comfortable in a hotel, but this little B&B felt like home and we absolutely will be back.

Amazing experience. Friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond. The hotel and room were clean. After driving 5 hours, I wanted a good night sleep which I did have. I stayed at this hotel before. All great experiences.

Suite(s) was/were perfect for our family of 9. We ended up having adjoining suites were kids could enjoy indoor play time, as well as fun time in the pool. Conveniently located near 2 kid zones ( slides, balls, trampolines). Loved the use of our kitchen & barbecue outside for meals & the morning breakfast ( even as a boxed breakfast) was wonderful!!!!
