Please take this hotel off of your site. It is a filthy and dangerous place.

Rooms were nice and clean. I loved the shower

The views were beautiful. We enjoyed being able to have our pup with us with no charge. The restaurant was out of a lot of things, but we were kind of in off-season. We loved being able to rent a golf cart to explore.

This hotel is in a great location for seeing the Blessed Fulton Sheen tomb, museum, and Cathedral. It's also close to a good restaurant (Obed and Isaacs). Staff are reasonably nice. My room was well equipped with updated bathroom, big screen TV, charging ports for devices, coffeemaker, fridge, microwave and nice river view. It was mostly clean though I found a piece of something white (cotton?) left in the tub. Most stuff in the room worked except for the desk lamp which blinked like a strobe and could not be used. Unfortunately the only coffee offered for the coffeemaker was decaf and there was no creamer. The common areas of the hotel unfortunately aren't so nice. The bathroom downstairs off the lobby had a toilet flushing continously, no soap and no paper towels or air dryer for hands. The ice machine on my floor and another floor was broken. The hallways look unwelcoming like an institution, the exterior looks kind of run down, and there were sketchy street people panhandling outside the hotel front door at 3 in the afternoon. Also had housekeeping banging on my door at 9 am although I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Overall this hotel is okay but is overpriced for what you get. Breakfast isn't even included. Apart from the location I could find much cheaper hotels offering free hot breakfast and more inviting atmosphere.
