"I would not stay there again. Upon pulling in the parking lot, the outside looked unkempt. The entry rugs were dirty and faded and there was something slopped on both of them. The young lady who checked us in was kind and friendly. Check in was fast and easy. The carpets in the halls are old and in need of replacement or cleaning. In the room, someone's coffee was splashed and dripping down the wall by the bed...and still there. There were many chips in the paint above the bed. The remote was filthy and the words on the keys were worn off so I had to guess which one was which. The worst part was the SEVERAL black stains on the sheets. The room was not dusty. Looking out the window, I could lots of litter and a dilapidated BBQ grill that are to the left of the main hotel entrance. The same area also had 3 rotting benches and another sitting area for guests. I'm sure not many would partake in this amenity.... The shampoo, conditioner and lotion were probably the cheapest they could buy, compared to other hotels. Breakfast was meager- not nearly as good as other hotels I've stayed at that were similar. The breakfast area was clean and the ladies were attentive to refilling the food. The owner of this particular hotel needs to invest some money into making it a place guests would want to return to again. Attached pictures aren't very good, but give the idea, showing dirty sheets, coffee splashed on the wall and the outside area looking out our room's window."

"The staff was very friendly! Our room was bigger and cleaner than we expected. It was a huge value for the price we paid. Our kids enjoyed the pool but it was definitely on the cold side and the pool towels ran out. If you heat the pool about 10 more degrees (or get a hot tub) and put some sound barriers on the walls, you'd be the G.O.A.T!! "

"Wow. This property needs a DM to walk through it. Showers with no body soap. Blood stains on shower curtains. Mold in the shower. And broken door hardware. Please take a look. The location is idea but poorly maintained. The folks at the front desk were ok but seamed aware of the issues. "
