"Room was very roomy, clean, sheets and bedding comfortable. Happy to have a dehumidifier, refrigerator and microwave in the room. Nice sofa to relax on. I had a King room with direct ocean view. I gave a 4 star rating for the room as the bathroom could use some updating but it was clean and I imagine it's why I got a great deal abd good value for this type of room. Hotel lobby was nice, hotel front desk staff and housekeeping were professional and friendly. In addition to the room charge, there's a resort fee of $25 + parking fee of $25 ($50 total) per night. I anticipated this and still feel this was a good value compared to other hotels nearby. The property is right at Lydgate Beach and the Tiki Bar restaurant on site was pretty cool. It was packed the Saturday late afternoon I stopped by. Great for watching sunsets. I would definitely stay here again."

The location is ideal: close to everything, yet still very private and peaceful.The home itself has everything you need, while also feeling lived-in in the best way—welcoming, relaxed, and not overly precious, which made it especially comfortable with young kids.Anne was hands down the best host we’ve ever had. She kindly allowed us to check in early when the house was ready, which made a huge difference after a long travel day with two exhausted kids. She made no promises, but it worked out and we were so grateful.To top it off, we accidentally left behind our child’s absolute favorite (mission-critical!) blanket. Anne went above and beyond to help get it back to us. That level of care is rare.Honestly, one of the best stays we’ve had. Highly, highly recommend."
