"The lobby common areas were nice as they were recently updated. The cottage we rented was nice for privacy, but furniture was old and worn. Some had stains. Repairs on wall and around AC unit was not very good. "

She kindly allowed us to check in early when the house was ready, which made a huge difference after a long travel day with two exhausted kids. She made no promises, but it worked out and we were so grateful.To top it off, we accidentally left behind our child’s absolute favorite (mission-critical!) blanket.
