“This was nice. I had a parking spot right next to the door. They have kids upstairs, but they were really quite. My biggest complaint was the hardwater deposits on the shower head that made the water squirt out in odd directions. Hopefully they'll get that cleaned or replaced. ”

“Overall we had a good stay and the location was great. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our trip. She promptly offered to have someone come fix both the bathroom cabinet door and a blind that fell down during our stay, which we appreciated.A few things could use improvement though: the bathroom cabinet door fell off, the bed frame creaked anytime we moved, there were visible cobwebs on the ceiling, and the living room vent was noticeably dusty. Some of the towels also……

“Nice apartment with plenty of natural light. On the top or in the back corner of the building so not right on the busy street. It is the city so there is noise, but it didn’t bother us. Where is the transit line that goes by periodically, but I think it’s electric so pretty quiet. In a decent location in this up-and-coming neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Quiet building. I think I saw two other people over the three days that we stayed there never heard any neighbors.”

“This property was perfect & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the neighbors above this unit are “heavy” walkers. You could hear loud thuds above you starting around 7:30 am. It didn’t really bother us, as we were getting up early anyway. But it would not be pleasant for someone wanting to sleep in late. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again. The apartment is spacious & clean.”
