Excellent customer service from check in to check out. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a very good standard .....well furnished and beautiful bathroom. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Access to the property was a bit difficult due to the roadworks going on around the building. Parking spaces were a bit limited at times and the access to the building from the car park to the hotel was difficult due to issues with the security door.
