Newly renovated older property so everything is still new. The shower was excellent. I would stay here again. It worked for me but also I was put on the fourth floor and there is no elevator so that could be a challenge for some. Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. For the price I paid it was excellent. Very close to everything along the strip in Myrtle beach

We were running about 30 minutes later than scheduled. (The desk closes at 11). She waited on us to get there even though she should have left for the night. the check in was quick and easy.

The room was nice but the bed was too soft and too low. My husband had knee surgery a few weeks ago and it was hard for him to get in and out of bed. Also, the area was very noisy at night.

The front office staff was cool. One thing that I didn’t like was the crazy noise from the cooling system in the room. Again, I was looking for iron and couldn’t get one to iron my clothes.

There was a crack between the door and the doorframe from which I could see out of; two of the door hinges were screwed into plywood pieces before being screwed into the doorframe; there was no weatherstripping around the door except for the bottom, which prevented the door from opening all the way; the windows were filthy; under the air conditioning unit was filthy; there was a live spider in the sink; and you could hear EVERYTHING from inside the room. The property manager also refused to refund my money after we were told that they wouldn't be able to put the weatherstripping on our door before the morning. The front desk agent was super kind and understanding, though I will never stay here again.

The remodeling was awesome and our room was beautifully done. The noise was not the hotels fault just cars and bikes with very loud stereos. Stopped about 10 and sleep was great. I would stay again if in the area again.

I did not stay at the hotel, before entering the room the blinds were open and the bed was a mess as if someone just got out of it, I was scared and asked for a refund which was declined all around . I would NEVER recommend the place to anyone
