It was a nice room checking in was easy once we made it to the desk the bathroom needed some attention the rim around the tub was black and it looked as tho there was some black mold on the ceiling of the tub area.

Room looked nothing like the pictures online. Roaches, big roaches in the room. Pull out sofa and Murphy bed were not anything I'd let my children sleep in... Nasty. The staff on the other hand were exceptional.

Reasonable price for a great location, especially for families with children. Just be cautious of weather advisories because it will interfere with use of all amenities. Staff was pretty helpful at trying to accommodate us during our stay.

The executive suite had a great view of the ocean that's what made it an executive suite. The curtains was torn The floor had crack tiles The closet door was broken with nails hanging from it the ac unit was full of bird poop and we asked could they clean up the ac unit. The light in the bathroom was out we had to use the heat lamp in the ceiling for light the bathroom the light got replace on the last day of our visit our stay was from Friday to Wednesday morning. Parking there was nothing said that we had to pay for parking 12 dollars a day.

The amount of on-site amenities were great, the restaurant food and drinks were also very good but the overall place is not as nice as pictured. Not very clean and we did not have one room service the entire 5 nights we stayed so slept in sand filled beds.

The view was awesome! The room was okay, had to request towels and toilet paper several times then had to go myself. Only a few outlets worked in the room, microwave numbers didn’t work, water turned off for a period of time without being notified in advance.

Good experience. Our toddlers loved the baby pools. Just keep an eye on your belongings if your at the pools there was a lady that tired to get into our bags while we were away from them. Thankfully the family next to us scared her off

Check in was ok. Room (location) smelled right outside our door. Figured out we were right by the trash dump area. Actual room was not bad. There is no house cleaning which was rough bc we stayed a whole week. You have to go down to front desk to grab towels, etc. The water park is on the opposite side of the hotel from the beach. Location is solid along with the pool/waterpark/beach options for kids. Really decent for the price and for families with young kids. Hotel is pretty run down and rooms need some work.

This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. When we got there and noticed how disgusting the rooms were. We went to sam's club cleaning supplies came back and cleaned our room. We rented two rooms side by side, we got put On the eighth floor!! the stairwells are disgusting. They smell. The carpets are ripped out with holes in them. Almost every single staff member I encountered right here was extremely rude and unprofessional. The only staff i will say that were decent, the restaurant/bar staff inside the hotel close to the check in. The pool and all the amenities closed at 5pm. Also, the water slides close at 5pm. They are across the street from the actual hotel, i will say the lazy rivers were decent.pool temp was decent. They never had towels to dry off after getting out the pool. This place is an absolute joke. I would not recommend it to anybody. Not worth the money!! The only good thing I have to say is ocean access wasn't bad!

Good resort overall. The indoor pool area was great for all ages. The rooms were decent and clean. Things just need updating. Replace the curtains and deep clean the pool area. You can see the rust on the pool covering while in the lazy river and over the vents in the pool and hot tub. You know it's clean and can smell the chlorine but you can see the wear and tear. I would also recommend having the waterpark open past 3pm so we can really enjoy it.
