I give this hotel a 9/10. Check in was quick and smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some furniture and equipment were a little out dated but useable. The location is good. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Family Kingdom and 10/15 minute walk to the Boardwalk.

Only issue we had was the front room was not cold and roughly 80 degrees and wouldn’t cool . The pools were okay not very clean and a lot of floating stuff around us . Other then that the overall stay was very good ! The staff was extremely friendly. The view was amazing!

Pros: Close to attractions, food and shopping (were all in walking distance and ocean view was great. The pool area was a plus especially the splash pad for my little one Cons: The room itself was not very clean, carpet was filthy, refrigerator was leaking, furniture was marked up and table for eating was sticky tried wiping it down with Clorox wipes and still was sticky.

There is no daily maid service. Furniture is dated and worn. My refrigerator was not functioning properly, which caused some of my food to spoil. There was no gym on location as advertised. The only staff actually inside the building are the pool people. The front desk is across the street in a seperate building, that is NOT open 24 hrs. I had a lot of problems getting in the room with my key card. It was so bad that maintenance had to come and repair it. The best part of the facility is the pool area, location on the beach and distance to attractions. Parking is also across the street.

The resort is beautiful, clean and peaceful. However while my stay there there was construction directly below my balcony on the beach so I could not access that beach area. Also the condo was very cozy, clean and well maintained. I found out that the hot tub in the room did not function at all and was not aware of that until 3am when we were ready to use the hot tub. I feel they could've had snacks and bottled water in the room for us along with laundry detergent and dish liquid. Other than that, the condo overall was very nice and large space. I loves the 180 view and balcony. Excellent.

Besides, not having the gym anymore, me and my two children we enjoyed ourselves here at Ocean one resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very cool. Well very hated and a cool way. The location was pristine and the beach was always fun day and day out. We stayed the whole week of spring break and enjoyed every little moment, I will definitely do it again. My kids actually look forward to doing it again.

The room was ok but the amenities half worked the stove didn't work facets in the bathroom sink the water comes out full blast and the shower trinkled water slowly. We had to wash at the sink. The furniture was uncomfortable ripped and sitting on a 2x4 plank. The beds the worst. The only thing was good was the view from the balcony. Room 305 DON'T DO IT!

Dryer did not work. Bedsheets were dirty. Condo wasn’t fully cleaned. There were dirty socks in room and blood stain on bedsheet. Kitchen floor was dirty and plastic forks under kitchen sink. Overall, the condo was dirty but the outdoor pool hours are good and hot tubs worked. Room key didn’t work but staff was friendly and helped quickly.

This place is in definite need of cleaning and maintenance. Best part of this unit was the view overlooking the beach. This unit is set up with a kitchen but did not have basic things needed. Example there was only 1 fork for a unit that was supposed to accommodate 4 people. No can opener, no baking sheet and the living room furniture needs total replacement.
