My husband and I are older adults who traveled to Nashville with our dogs. This unit was centrally located and was pet-friendly. We brought our doggie playpen with us and they stayed inside it while we were out sightseeing. We were able to walk them around the neighborhood and to go out for coffee. The owner communicated clearly with us and was available if we needed, which we did not. We had a nice time exploring the sights and seeing Nashville,

Clean, well stocked and convenient location!
It was a good location so we could easily walk to restaurants and things to do. Apartment was very clean and the kitchen well-stocked. If you’re a light sleeper it may not be the best choice for you as it’s right across the street from the fire station and the bedroom is on the street side. The host was a good communicator and graciously was able to honor our request for an early checkin.

Perfect location
The condo was impeccable with a kitchen stocked for someone who wants to cook -- just bring food. The bathroom amenities were good quality. Communicating with the host was instant and she answered all questions. Plenty of parking inside lot and outside. Less than a mile from downtown and an easy walk there. Plenty of places to eat nearby - not counting downtown. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again myself.

Perfect location
We very much enjoyed our stay and found it to be the perfect distance from Broadway. We didn't even need a car for the weekend. We took an uber to/from the airport and found we could walk everywhere else. It was very nice that we were allowed to drop off our bags early before the official check in (around noon), and this allowed us to get out exploring the city even sooner. Definitely would recommend!

The condo was perfect for us, a 5 minute walk to a convenient store, 10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. Anything else was a 15 minute uber ride away. The one negative is the noise. The road is about 15 feet from the bedroom window and the condo is right across the street from a very active fire station. We heard every single noise on the road like it was happened inside the condo, neighbors coming home at 2 AM, garbage trucks at 4 AM and the firetrucks all night long. I thought the windows were open because it was so loud. If you stay here, definitely bring earplugs if you want to sleep at night.

Great stay for the price
This condo was perfect for our one night in Nashville. We went to a concert at 3rd and Lindsley and walked there in 5 minutes. We went to Broadway after and walked home which was a 12-15 minute walk. Location is perfect! It’s quiet but close to everything so walking or a short Uber/Lyft ride. It easily fit our 6 guests and had all the things we needed for our stay. The check in/out instructions are clear so it makes the process easier. It’s nice that the unit is on the ground floor making it even more accessible. We have saved this place for future Nashville trips. Can’t beat the price!
