This single level Williamson Co home is located 1 mile from I-840, 10 minutes from Nolensville, 20 minutes from Cool Springs, and right next to one of Arrington’s oldest and most loved locally owned businesses - Fast Greenery. Not only does Fast’s provide a great family atmosphere with seasonal fun, but they also stock fresh produce and snacks.

Clean, quiet, comfortable home with updated kitchen, den, and private office area (futon couch can be used to sleep a 7th). Home provides all the basic living space necessities and toiletries to get you started for your stay. Wi-fi: Verizon 5G.

Triune is a small, safe community in the rural portion of southeast Williamson Co - offering the best of country spaces and proximity to amenities. Gas, convenience store, and Tractor Supply Co 1 mile away. 10 minutes to Nolensville. 20-25 minutes to Franklin and Murfreesboro.

Clean and Comfortable

We were thoroughly impressed by how spotless and inviting it was, making our stay incredibly comfortable. My daughter had an amazing experience at the New Approach School for Jewelers, and the rest of us truly enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing week. The home provided the perfect retreat and we had a lovely stay!

Great stay for a long weekend!

My family planned a last minute long weekend trip to Nashville. We had 6 people and had plenty of room for all of us. The place was clean, well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. There was adequate sleeping space for everyone. Thanks so much for a great get away!!

Peace on earth

Property is located just outside the hustle and bustle of the Nashville metroplex. Quiet and secluded and yet within easy reach of everything. Check in was without flaw and everything was exactly as described. Hostess was(is) very available and yet we never saw her. We will definitely look at this property again when visiting. Thanks Kim!

Very easy and prompt communications with property owner. House was neat, clean. Everything went exactly as you’d hope. Lovely nursery next door. Checking out was super easy, which I thought was really a plus!

Great Christmas getaway

Thank you to a wonderful hostess, who made our stay so very pleasant! The house was spacious and tastefully decorated, with top-of-the-line washer/dryer and a stocked kitchen. As a large family, it can be hard to find space that suits for the gang, but this house was perfect with many rooms for gathering and chilling. It's so pretty out of the city, but getting to Nashville was a breeze. Book this house and you will not regret it. The hostess is very responsive, helpful and generous!!

Clean, Comfortable, and Large

The space was large and was the perfect size for my husband, my daughter, myself, my sister, and parents. It was well stocked for our size party as well. There were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and towels. The water stayed hot enough for all of us to take showers and wash a load of clothes. Everything was immaculately clean. My bed was comfy. Overall, great place. Great location for the class that I was taking just down the road.

Family Wedding Stay and Vacation

This was a great location close to the wedding we were attending and close enough to Nashville for site seeing. It also provided us an escape from all the hubbub of the city. And the fireflies put on a show every night!

Love this home

This is a fantastic home to relax and enjoy family time. The host was very attentive to our needs and made the check in process flawless. The home is super clean and neat. Beds were comfortable.
