Recently-renovated, one-bedroom condo close to downtown (Broadway), within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Decorated with country music memorabilia and farmhouse decor, all new furnishings in April 2019. Comfortable king-size bed and very comfortable state-of-the-art queen sofa bed (No bars, memory foam mattress). Well stocked with dishes,cookware, linens. Fast, secure internet.Free Parking. Washer/dryer. Pack and Play for little ones. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and linens. The short term rental permit is: T2020018169.

Great Location, Great Service feom Property Manager

My partner and I stayed with Carlos at this property and as property managers, we were impressed. The home was very clean and Carlos worked with me to plan a surprise for my partners birthday! Definitely a stay for the books. It was centerally located in Midtown so we were able to walk to all of our excursions and restaurants. We will be staying here again!

Wonderful condo

We loved it! Very clean. Very conveniently located in music row for a “calmer” night out but walking to broadway wasn’t terrible either (in good walking shoes). We would recommend this condo!

Great time in Nashville!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here, very convenient location to Nashville sights and sounds, Vanderbilt U., Music Row, and Gulch. Condo was very clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the ability to walk and have covered parking for our vehicle. Excellent communication with owner before, during and after our stay. Definitely recommend!

Great Condo!!

We really enjoyed staying at Condo 406 in Spence Manor. It was within walking distance to Broadway, grocery stores and so much more. This condo contained everything needed for a comfortable and safe stay in Nashville. Highly recommend. Thanks to our awesome hosts.

Music row condo

The condo was in excellent condition just like pictures! Check in was easy with Carlos sending us info beforehand. Also, free parking was a plus. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Just a couple minute walk to bars on music row. Took 20-25 minutes to walk downtown to Broadway but worth it! We would definitely stay there again!!

Girls Trip

This was a great place for us group of girls, the location was decent. There were a few nights you could hear live music from a bar down the street late into the evening, but the walk wasn’t too bad to downtown areas and Ubers were well priced for us. The couch was nice to sleep on and the bathroom was HUGE! Great for 3 of us getting ready at the same time. We loved having the washer & dryer as well! Overall we enjoyed our stay in Nashville!

Disappointed

When my family arrived the condo had not been cleaned. The owner was very responsive and had the cleaning lady there within 15 minutes but requested 2 hrs to clean. After traveling for 10 hours we just wanted to relax. When we returned we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit. We were extremely disappointed to also see that the pool was out of commission. Someone had broken glass in it and it had to be drained. We had booked this condo for the guitar shaped pool and there was no communication prior to our arrival that the pool was closed. This was one of the main activities our family planned on doing and would have booked at a different location with a pool had we been informed. The Internet was spotty and when we watched movies there was a lag. Also a neighbor had a dog that barked often. The owner was responsive and did provide a discount. It was overall one of the worst vacations we have had. We ended up leaving a day early due to the pool still not being full and it being 96 degrees and humid.

Nice quiet building. Very well furnished, landlord gave good detail about everything in the unit. 10 minutes to Broadway and easy freeway access. Landlord supplied and suggested things to see and do. We also enjoyed restaurant recommendations. It was extremely hot during our visit but the unit stayed pleasant. Would recommend!

Amazing spot, centrally located

Great space to stay that is very close to downtown with sidewalks the whole way. A lot to do in downtown and the gulch which are both under 20 minutes walking. On top of that, this place is also within 20 minutes of Vanderbilt and the park. Parking was super easy and a great convenience to have. Would say the only knock would be that the bedroom should have black out curtains as it gets very bright in the morning making it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, love the space

Clean Condo in Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for our first visit to Nashville in mid November. Owner sent me a text with detailed info including directions, parking, door codes, etc a week ahead of our visit. We found the condo to be in great condition - very clean, well stocked with necessities, and in a great location close to downtown (about 5-10 minute drive) and within walking distance of a coffee shop, bank, brew pub and a couple other restaurants. Communication with the owner was very good and we especially appreciated how clean the place is. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Nashville.

Comfortable Nashville home base!

A small but very nice place for a couple or small family (the fold-out couch is actually comfortable!) and in a great location--close enough to everything to be convenient, but not in the noisy heart of the city. We stayed a week and Ubered almost everywhere, only driving two days--once to go shopping & find all the murals, and once to tour East Nashville and vist the Opry. One nice evening we even walked home from Broadway (but I wouldn't do it every day). If you're into music history, you're right on Music Row, with RCA Victor and Sony studios right out back and BMI across the road. Nashville is a great place to visit, Spence Manor is a great place to stay, and Carlos is an excellent host.
