The lady at the front desk was SO nice! She recommended local restaurants and coffee shops without hesitation when asked, when we had issues with our initial room, she quickly switched us to a different room and made sure everything was up to par for us.

Hotel is updated, beds were super comfy and staff was friendly and helpful. Jacky and Lori Ann were exceptionally nice at the front desk, and the staff who put out the breakfast early in the morning were pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast had some hot items plus a waffle maker. Great value for the $.

It is convenient to shops and restaurants walking distance and safe areas. My husband lived in Franklin for 25 years so he knows the area very well. He chose that place for me to stay while he was on his 3 nights conference in Nashville. The room was ok not great, musty yucky carpet, dust in the corners behind the night stand, stained curtain and not properly set up, AC broke, the battery operated AC control on the wall battery low and the very disappointing part is the staffs are very unfriendly very bad customer service. The dark skin talk woman with long eye lashes and the breakfast host were not very nice on my first two days until they received my first survey. The skinny old guy which I believe a general manager was kind of intimidating the way he looked like disgusted of me. I guess that’s how they are to their Asian guests? My husband wants me extend my stay there thru the weekend but I said ‘NO’! It’s not a comfortable place for me to stay if they don’t treat the guest the same the way they treat their local guests. I will not recommended and I will not come back. Despite of that I liked the hot clean shower, fresh linens and towels.
