Perfect downtown Location
Enjoyed staying at this property for 2 nights over Memorial Day Weekend. So close to everything downtown Nashville has to offer. Pool was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect for 2 adults. Would stay again.

Great place to stay
This was our first time staying in Nashville, using Vrbo, and staying on a Margaritaville property. The experience was amazing! The property is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Antonio assisted us with checking in and checking out and was very nice and helpful. He then introduced to Griselle who gave us a map along with all the places we needed to see during our trip. We ate at both restaurants and were not disappointed. The Vacation club room was perfect and the amenities were exactly what we needed. We have told friends who plan on going to Nashville that this is where they need to stay! We plan on coming back again next year and plan on staying here again long with any other Margaritaville locations.

Great location and room, easy check-in and check-out process
Highly recommend! Literally nothing bad to say. Our room (studio King) was bright, spacious, up-to-date, clean and comfortable. The room included a kitchenette with microwave, frozen drink machine and full sized refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom is spacious with a lot of counter and shelf room for essentials. The beds were clean and very comfortable, and the AC worked great! The bars and restaurants were reasonably priced and well attended. The front desk and support staff were helpful, welcoming and efficient. We really enjoyed the 4th floor pool deck and bar- very clean and the servers were great, we never waited for service. They do a great job of capturing the "Margaritaville" island vibe while keeping it Nashville, right down to the great live music. The check-in was a breeze, they even held our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The check out was also a snap. Unlike many VRBO locations you DON'T have to do anything at check-out... no stripping beds or starting laundry or taking garbage out, etc. The location is a 2-block easy walk to the heart of lower Broadway, a 10 minute walk to the Gulch, and a block or two from most attractions in SoBro. Note about this property: this isn't a typical condo building rental... It is a full service, well maintained and secure resort hotel with all of the amenities. There were also no surprise fees such as "resort fee" etc, which I appreciate. We go to Nashville often and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect
Everything from check in to check out went perfectly, which is a rare thing. Amazing location to walk to virtually anything you would want or need. Great amenities on site. Staff was super courteous. Enjoyed Martin’s BBQ virtually next door (twice). Broadway is a quick walk and I felt safe the whole time being by myself and also thought it would be great to bring the kids to enjoy the pool and be far enough off broadway that there wasn’t any noise. I would recommend this to anyone.

It's 5 o'clock somewhere
Great location. Walkable to museums and venues for shows. Just a couple blocks to Broadway. Studio was very spacious. Staff very friendly. Valet parking available and they were very prompt getting our vehicle. Bar and restaurant on site. Would definietly recommend.
