“The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays.”

“While the neighborhood itself was nice, this rental was overall a huge disappointment. The listing is very misleading. The building is mostly filled with university students, so it felt more like staying in a dorm than a vacation rental, which was never disclosed.The apartment was in poor condition: everything had been painted over so many times that doors would stick, the microwave door was barely hanging on after being duct-taped as a “fix,” and there were mold spots visible in some areas.……
