"We were there for 2 days and never had maid service! The 2nd night we came back around 10:00 pm, after being out since 11:00am, and no one had come to the room, to make the beds and replace used towels, and we needed clean towels! We called to the Lobby and 45 minutes later someone shows up at our door with one towel!! I personally went down to the lobby and got more towels. Not what I felt like doing after a busy day. I expected better from Marriott!"

"The location is spectacular but that’s definitely the best part of this hotel. The king bed was a cheap mattress with thin bedding. The check-in took a long time because the two people in front of us were lodging long complaints and there was only one person working. We only stayed one night. "
