I’ve been really excited to stay at this hotel for the past 6 months. It had been on the top of my list due to location, bay views, and the reviews. I was somewhat disappointed though. The views were lovely and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room felt dirty, the bed was really hard, the pillows were very uncomfortable, you couldn’t change the channel on the TV, the carpet sounded like plastic when you walked on it, and the sheets/bedding was very uncomfortable as well. For the price paid I would’ve thought I was getting far more quality than this. Wasn’t the worst place, but far from the best. I likely won’t stay again though.

This picture was taken on the first warm, sunny, and non-windy day of the year in March. Lynn and I stoped at this location while taking a Segway Street tour of the North Beach area.

This is a classic, beautiful church. On many mornings you can also find groups practicing tai chi in the park across the street from the church. It was a beautiful, peaceful place we stumbled into during our busy trip to San Fran.
