You will be on top of the world when you stay at this condo! Let the pictures speak for themselves. Indulge yourself and stay at the very best Navarre Beach has to offer. Everything in the condo is unique, from the carefully coordinated paint to the exquisite designer furnishings found throughout the unit.

The condo is located on the 1st floor of the Sunset Harbor Condominiums with breathtaking westerly views of Santa Rosa Sound. So no waiting for an elevator. Just walk right in.

When you enter the unit, you will know you have chosen the best and will have the vacation you have always dreamed of! The unit has tile and LVP flooring throughout.

Condo 2-110 includes 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The Master suite offers a King sized bed with views of the Sound. The bath includes a walk-in shower and plenty of space for your personal items.

The finely detailed living area has been remodeled with beautiful new furnishings to provide a space to enjoy movies on the large flat screen tv..

From the back covered patio, enjoy dinner & drinks while you watch the sunset over the sound. Take a few more steps and get even closer with your feet in the water. The dining room offers comfortable seating for five. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for the chef at heart. All necessary dishes and utensils are provided. Washer/Dryer along with all linens are provided.

A short 5 minute walk will lead you to the powdery soft white sands of Navarre Beach and the Emerald green waters of the Gulf. Stroll for miles looking for shells or sit back and relax in one of the two beach chairs provided in the condo for your use. If you want to take a break from the pristine waters and white sands of Navarre Beach, take a dip in Sunset Harbor swimming pool.

Good, not great.
Liked the view of the sound and sunsets. Condo was good, but some areas show wear and tear. Bathroom mats and bed linens need to be replaced. Rust stains on bathroom floor. Kitchen was adequate but could be better stocked. Chairs in deck box were rusted and unusable. Back door deadbolt didn’t work. No major issues but a little TLC would make a good condo, a great condo.

My new favorite place on the Panhandle!
Pefect place to stay in Navarre Beach! Place was clean, had a full kitchen, clean shower and bathroom. Absolutely loved the location. It's a very short walk to the pier over the sound and a small beach as well. Very short drive/walk to the main beach as well. Can't recommend this place enough!

Very nice.
Peaceful water view from the ground level patio. Gorgeous sunsets. We stayed for 11 days and I was a little concerned about the excavator right in front of our unit on the first day, but the construction workers were only there for our first day, then they moved down the beach . We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning and fishing on the pier almost every evening. My host was very patient and answered all of my questions. The unit was clean and well supplied with nice cookware and dishes. Everything we needed. The furniture was in good condition and clean. The bed is very comfortable. I recommend this unit.

Relax, Relax, Relax
This was without a doubt one of the most relaxing vacations we have enjoyed. Off the beaten trail, yet close to great dining, National Beach, zoo etc. We saw dolphins. Fished from the private pier, and enjoyed outdoor dining in the pavilion. And did I mention the sunsets....WOW! Great communication with Aaron made adjustments effortless. I would stay here again!

Property is as described. Communication with the host was awesome. Contacted Aaron on a few minor things and he quickly responded. It is on the ground floor, so there is units above. The family above was very noisy. Kids running through their place early in the morning. Only downside. We would stay there again.

Walking Distance to the Beach
Beautiful condo. Bed was super comfortable. Washer & dryer in the condo. Less than 5 min walking distance to beach and had a gorgeous swimming pool onsite. Parking was right outside the door of this ground floor unit. Beach towels were 'not' provided so this could be something the owner should provide in the future along with coffee supplies (filters, coffee, k-cups, creamer & sugar). During our stay there some sort of construction going on out back and the condo two doors down was being renovated so it was a little louder than expected during the day but not anything the owner could have anticipated. The beach chairs in the outdoor storage box need to be replaced as they were quite rusted so we didn't use them. Very spacious well decorated interior. The bedroom closet needs to be cleared out as we couldn't fit our suitcases in there. Great location for us as we were attending a wedding at Pier #37 but may be a little further away from the restaurants at Navarre Beach Pier for others. Checkout was a breeze, just put your trash in the dumpster. Loved our stay and would stay there again.

Perfect Place to Stay
Perfect size and location! Loved having a patio just steps from the Santa Rosa Sound, beautiful sunsets. Quick walk across the island to the Gulf. Very close to the national seashore. We plan to go back to this unit.

Great Location
We have stayed at several units at Sunset Harbor Palms and this was one of our favorite units. Condo was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed at and was well stocked. We liked that there was no carpet in the condo also. We really enjoy the amazing sunsets from the patio and how close it is to the water. The fishing pier and gazebo with the BBQ grills and chairs are very nice perks. Sunset Harbor Palms if very quiet and peaceful which makes for a very relaxing vacation. We look forward to staying here again and would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location on the bay. Very clean condo just steps from a very nice private community dock. My husband and I enjoy fishing and this is what drew us to this property. Everything was in working order and check in/check out was so easy. Bed was comfy and really enjoyed watching the sunsets on the covered patio.
