“The pool, particularly the jacuzzi is not good. The surface is uncomfortable to walk on, the jacuzzi is not hot enough to call it a jacuzzi. When I told staff he insisted it was hot as allowed. Cold water was coming from the jets until he went in the pump room, then warmer water came out. Breakfast was good. Balcony was too small!”

“Room very clean but awkward, felt crowded, not big enough for two queen beds. Staff were friendly, Breakfast foods good but always ran out, and staff would say “I’ll get more,” but why weren’t they monitoring before pans were empty. And the breakfast room was FREEZING which then may the food cold. One morning staff opened all cupboards to restock. So… how does guest reach the food over the cupboard doors? Seemed very poorly planned. Staff snippy to guests when we asked a question. ……

“Good breakfast. The fire alarm called at night. We still have a nice stay.”

“The room itself is fine, but the cleanliness is unacceptable. Please improve the hygiene; there was feces on the toilet seat.”

“The hotel has some quirky features like giving you free bicycle rental and unlimited coffee in your room. But the rooms are a bit dated, especially the shower (which is just a wall mounted spout, no handheld, and no shower curtain). Location is great though and staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive.”

“1.沙發床響聲太大床墊太薄，睡眠環境很差，應該大幅改善。 2.清潔人員似乎經驗不足，清潔時間都記錯，而且浴簾拆卸後忘了掛上新的。”
