“Burned out light in the room, but front seat staff got me a new one. 11am checkout is too early. Should be noon. Breakfast looked ok, did not eat it. Not very many dining options near the hotel.”

“Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front……

“Well, to start with the front desk staff was useless their wasnt any aminities and the shining stars were the for Valet folks and the people in the casino. So, if all you are looking for was a cheap hotel room with ZERO aminities this is your place”

“This was an excellent choice in Blackhawk and one of few family friendly places.”
