The beach was pristine! Sand was soft, clean, and rock free. The resort was clean and the staff was always working on upkeep of the property. The property was large and required a lot of walking (a good way to get your number of steps in). The room was nice, but the porch fan was not working. The food was very good. We will return someday!

Beautiful property. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. I visited the resort twice. My only issue is that they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms. Also, they could do a better job at keeping the Scotch Bonnet hut cleaner like sweeping the floor and wiping off the tables immediately after guests leave the tables. Otherwise, restaurants serve great food, buffet is great. property is lovely, staff is great!

Tried out this couples resort for my babymoon. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms was clean views were amazing. My only negatives is the property needs to be updated a bit a little dated. The good food is at the restaurants on the resorts the buffet was hit or miss depending on the menu. I've paid less for 5 star resorts with Michelin chef so the price was a bit much for what this resort offered. The spa was relaxing but have to cross the street to the other side of the property to visit. Prepare for a 2hr BUMPY ride if you fly into MBJ airport.

We stayed at the Great Verandah room, we love the hammock and spacious verandah. The staff were not friendly, 90% they dont even make eye contact or greet you, we greeted them first. The gym is open area, it can get very hot, the equipments are rusty, I hardly see attendants in the gym. Overall, it was not a bad resort but the staff needs improvement. The food was average. The entertainment needs improvement as well.

Biggest beach on 7 mile with lots of space so youre not right on top of everyone. The walk out beach rooms have to be requested upon booking otherwise you get a balcony but they were very accomadating and moved us. Staff are super friendly and fun. Some have mild facial expressions but theyre just hot. Food was really good at lemon grass and the palms. Regardless of reviews that say they water down their drinks they definately do not! The rooms were pretty outdated but if youre not spending alot of time in there that doesn't really matter. My only qualm is that they weren't cleaned great , there was constantly other people's hair in my room which grosses me out and sometimes they didnt sweep off the porch from the sand. The grounds was pretty well kept though.

Beautiful property, very romantic room on the beach and both the people and the cleanliness were amazing. The main complaint was the lack of communication on things happening throughout the resort and the food options. There were only two restaurants that were available without reservations and one of them was completely closed for a private event one night... leaving only the buffet.

Couples airport lounge was very convenient and shuttle service were excellent. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The beach area was great and relaxing. Pool and beach side bars were very good. Lemon Grass was easily our favorite restaurant (Asian theme) and Sea Grape (Pool/beach side area) was 2nd best. Our room was in the Great House. The bed was comfortable, but the room was very dated and bathroom lighting was poor. We moved to a Garden Suite room on the 4th night (Original Great House room had a bad odor coming from the shower drain), and it was much nicer.

We went here for our 20th anniversary and came home very pleased over all with our stay. There were just a few things would like to say though. First was the speakers on our tv were blown so could hardly any of the talking which was not a big deal since we did not go there to just sit in the room and watch tv. Second thing which was more of the main concern was the wait time for food. Over all the food was pretty good but there was a couple of times we waited for our food for over an hour, one of them was for breakfast which was the most frustrating. Seemed like after the order was taken the wait staff just disappeared. This did not happen every time but happened at least 2 or 3 times out of 5. Last concern is the stairs in our building were tile so in the humidity they get very slick. My suggestion would to be is install some traction strips on the tiled stairs. Over all we had a great time and would still recommend this resort to others.

Room was spectacular, the staff was very friendly, and the resort was truly all inclusive. Never felt like I needed to tip or pay for anything. The atmosphere was so nice, you are right on a great part of 7 Mile Beach and can walk to everything. Lots of food choices, and the resort itself is beautiful, not just the beach side, but also the winding paths between the buildings. We will definitely be back.
